Order Processing
Orders usually take 3-5 days to process. During Major Sales and Promotions, orders may take up to 7 business days for orders to process. Processing times for custom wigs can take up to 14 business days. During major holidays, processing times for wigs can take up 15 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends and/or major holidays.
Shipping Policy
Fulfillment Process :​
Hair Ships in 7 Business Day (excluding weekend and holidays) after payment has been processed (3-5 days).

Hair is shipped through USPS.​

Packages will required Signature for orders more than $250.00
Return & Exchange Policy
Exchange/Store Credit:​

All our hair products are covered with a 7 day guarantee, to ensure that if something isn't correct with your order, we can quickly resolve the issue

Is only applicable when All of the following applies:

Hair is in original state, meaning not altered with any flat irons or curling iron

Hair must have all packaging including hair ties

Hair can't be colored or cut

Has to be claimed within 7 days of being received​

Restocking Fee $25

Once the hair has been inspected and verified, you will be issued a store credit. The amount will reflect Total Order Price excluding shipping cost and restocking fee of $25, which will be valid for 1 year.
