Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date. There will bea $30 restock fee for cancellation.
All Custom Wig Orders require your billing and shipping information to match. If it does not match, we will have to cancel the order.
The turnaround time it takes to process and construct your wig order is up to 14 business days. We are not responsibile for any lost or stolen packaes. You can add insurance on your order at check out as an option.
