Each order is covered with our 7-day Exchange/Return Policy. Which is only applicable when ALL of the Following Applies:
- Hair is in it's original state, meaning it hasn't been color, cut, curl or straighten.
- Hair must have all original packaging including hair ties and label.
- Redeem within 7 days of Receipt.
Once the hair has been received and inspected, you will receive a store credit. This amount will reflect the original order amount minus S&H and $25 Restocking Fee. Which will be valid for 1 year from issusance.
